Return Policy

Items may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Custom order items are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Items that are custom ordered or measured by client are not returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or any food, seasonings or honey.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Damaged products can be reviewed for replacement. Contact us with a photo of the damaged item.

If your product is reviewed, we will contact you with additional instructions on how and where to send your package if it is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a review will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
